Help & Hope

for OCD, Anxiety and Related Disorders

I’m glad you are here. As a therapist in San Diego County specializing in helping people with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), phobias, anxiety, and other related disorders, I want you to know that you’ve found someone who understands and cares.

Whether you are gathering information for a friend or family member, are concerned that you may have OCD or a related disorder yourself, or are actively seeking treatment, you’ve come to the right place. I treat children, teens and adults.

My goal is to help you find the information, services and support that you are looking for.

There is help and hope for those suffering with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. Sufferers often hide their pain and suffer alone for many years before seeking support or treatment. Misdiagnosis is common, especially in children, and at times appropriate treatment is difficult to find. The good news is that OCD is much better understood now and successful treatments are available.

I invite you to look around this site and take advantage of the many resources. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help.

Your Initial Consultation

Is therapy for you? Are we a good fit? Find out by contacting me to set up an in-office consultation in Escondido or downtown San Diego (Bankers Hill). I look forward to hearing from you.

Did you know that in the U.S., 1 in 50 adults have OCD, and twice that many have had it at some point in their lives? It takes an average of 17 years from the time OCD begins for people to obtain appropriate treatment.

My mission is to provide the much-needed assessment, diagnosis and treatment for people struggling with OCD.
